BBAC is raising funds to allow us to offer financial assistance to families to cover registration and costume fees, provide stipends for our youth leaders and combine with other funds that we receive to be able to offer the best Carnaval experience possible! Please consider participating in any of the fundraiser activities below and share with your friends!
Cosmic Playground: Unity in Motion
In 2026, Beautiful Beginnings Arts Collective (BBAC), a fiscally sponsored project of Bayview SOL (a 501c3 Community Nonprofit) offers free arts programming in the SF Bay Area. With a focus on cultural traditions from the African diaspora and folkloric art forms from Latin America, BBAC’s artists are committed to inspiring young people to use traditional forms as a springboard for innovation and expression.

Stipends for Youth Apprenticeship program building arts administration, design and leadership skills for High School students

African Dance and Drumming classes within Public Schools

Financial aid for families to participate in the 2026 SF Carnaval Parade

Intergalactic Level: $500 pays for 1 Youth Leader stipend
