Carnaval San Francisco May 2026

Feb-May Saturdays 11am-1pm Youth Dance / Teen & Adult Dance / Drumming & Stilting Rehearsals (in person at SF Community School)
April 18th, 2026 Last day to Register for sections
April 4 - May 23 every Saturday Full Comparsa Rehearsals (in person at SF Community School)
May 16, Last day to register for Spirit Section
Saturday May 23 Mandatory Dress Rehearsal (in person at SF Community School)
Sunday May 24, 2026 Carnaval Parade (in person on Bryant Street in the Mission)
Sunday May 24 Closing Ceremony and Party

Registration fee $30-60 for each person participating (sliding scale fee). Fees will be collected at rehearsals. Additional donations are welcome!
Costume fees due by March 14 ($50 for youth, $80 for adults - no one turned away due to funds)
Spirit Section receives a free T shirt with their registration fee.
